Biscuit Cake

Ingredients:
Fresh cream – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp/as per taste
Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp/as per taste
Hung curd – 1 tsp (optional)

Method:
  • Mix  fresh cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and hung curd. 
  • Take a rectangle/square container, put a layer of biscuits and moist them by sprinkling small amount of milk.
  • Add a layer of the mixture on the biscuits. 
  • Again, place the layer of biscuits and repeat the procedure till the whole mixture is used. 
  • In the end sprinkle biscuit crumbs on the top layer of the mixture or put icing on top to garnish. 
  • Then, cover the container and keep it in the freezer for it to cool down.

Once it is set, turn it out of the container and cut it into pieces.

TIPS:
In summer’s mix, the ingredients over ice  or chilled water.
