Biscuit Cake
Ingredients:
Fresh cream – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp/as per taste
Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp/as per taste
Hung curd – 1 tsp (optional)
Method:
Once it is set, turn it out of the container and cut it into pieces.
TIPS:
In summer’s mix, the ingredients over ice or chilled water.

Method:
- Mix fresh cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and hung curd.
- Take a rectangle/square container, put a layer of biscuits and moist them by sprinkling small amount of milk.
- Add a layer of the mixture on the biscuits.
- Again, place the layer of biscuits and repeat the procedure till the whole mixture is used.
- In the end sprinkle biscuit crumbs on the top layer of the mixture or put icing on top to garnish.
- Then, cover the container and keep it in the freezer for it to cool down.
Once it is set, turn it out of the container and cut it into pieces.
